Kreng is a vet and is reunited with Fai, his first love, who comes to bail him and his best friend Ohm (her ex-husband) out of jail after drunk driving. But she doesn't remember him from their school days. Fai finds an injured stray dog who is treated by Kreng and they start to interact more.
